### Responsibilities
Lead a team to develop and deliver features on AutoCAD mobile platform and machine learning area on schedule
Work closely with the cross-functional team leads including product, design and engineering to manage execution and delivery
Understand Autodesk's strategic position and deliver innovative products that align with this strategy
Prioritize work for scrum teams, ensuring incremental delivery of business value over time
Manage the product backlog, do scrum planning with team, and validate that all new features meet functional, performance, and experience requirements
Analyze product data and analytics
Collaborate effectively with product management, engineering, design and other stakeholders to deliver products that have a quantifiable impact on Autodesk’s business
Provide leadership to the team, painting a vision for the future

### Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors/MS/Ph.D. in a related field (software engineering, computer science, statistics, etc.)
10 years working experience with 5 years as people manager
Fluent English oral communication and good English writing skill
Strong communicator who can explain complex topics to both a technical and non-technical audience
Proven rich hands-on development experience in either iOS or Android
Collaborative, respectful, and thoughtful leader who is interested to work in a diverse and global team
Project management skills, and technical management skills

### Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Python
Experience in deep learning libraries, such as Pytorch and tensorflow
Experience working with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
