（ 1 ） Backend Java Engineer

岗位职责

负责互联网金融平台的核心功能开发，实现支持交易的互联网技术架构 实现基于 RestFul 和 WebSocket 的 API 接口，供客户接入订阅行情和执行交易 建立稳健高效和高并发的交易系统，保证交易系统 7x24 小时不间断运作 积极与产品和业务进行有效沟通，收集需求，并参与产品规划和方案制定 提出可行性建设性解决方案，能够独立编写相关技术文档

任职要求

本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，加分项：重点大学（ 985211 ） 具有 3 年或以上相关工作经验, 曾经参与设计或开发大流量、高并发、高性能的分布式系统 熟悉基本的数据结构、算法、设计模式，熟悉 Java 网络编程、多线程编程，对 JVM 原理有扎实的理解 熟悉 Java Web 及微服务开发，熟悉 SpringBoot 、Spring Cloud ，MyBatis 等框架 精通缓存、消息队列、搜索等工具，如：Redis 、Kafka 、Elasticsearch 熟悉 Linux 操作系统，能够编写脚本及配置相应 Java 运营环境 有金融相关产品研发经验，或大型互联网公司工作经验 能够承担较强的工作压力，保证所负责相关领域工作进度及业务支持 思路清晰，有良好的需求理解、系统分析、抽象能力和系统设计能力 工作积极主动，有较强的团队合作精神，能自我驱动突破难关和解决问题

We are looking for a Product Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Product team, which defines the overall product strategy and vision of WOO X and works with different functions to align and deliver products and features that provide maximum value to our users. What you’ll be working on:

Reporting to and working alongside the founding team and CEO, helping to develop a deeper understanding of potential products/features and users.

While many tech company products are engineering-driven, we value a PM-engineering partnership where there is a strong yin-yang between engineering and PM. Engineers join PMs in customer interviews while PMs join in on technical meetings to aid alignment. Engineers develop more empathy for what the customer’s needs are, while the PM drives this process and is the ultimate owner of the product. Working closely with cross-functional teams and leading the entire process from user and data research through design and development to marketing, sales and support. Shipping new features and products that have strong user adoption and perhaps even disrupt this young industry. Leading multiple projects across the entire product lifecycle. Setting the vision for the user experience and designing the process in a way that makes it easy for the team to collaborate and expand upon. Elevating how we think about problems and products by acting as an inspiring leader in pushing the evolution through decentralized, centralized or hybrid applications. Delivering unique features and products that will create amazing user experiences and validating them (with data whenever possible) with users and other stakeholders through interviews and testing. Utilising data to develop insights, robust product strategy and informed decision-making. Forming strong cross-functional stakeholder (internal & external) relationships to keep them informed, receive input, and influence their thinking. Checking and approving all the latest designs across multiple products in your department. Managing issue prioritization, risk analysis and trade-off. Developing strategies and tactics to study blockchain technologies and creating public awareness of the value of our products. Driving design function forward by developing new ideas and improving the design system. Thriving in a scrappy environment and feeling comfortable with ambiguity and frequent changes to direction as the company works towards product-market fit and learns to operate at scale. About you:

5+ years of product management experience with fintech products, ideally with a focus on trading. Technical background is a must-have. Proven experience in core trading platform development. Adept at managing competing priorities simultaneously. Comfortable embracing ambiguity and working independently; excellent at communicating early and directly. Out-of-the-box and startup mindset. Fluent in verbal and written English (C1+).

（ 4 ）Tech Support

What you’ll be working on:

Providing timely and accurate feedback to customers (toB and toC) or client service team on the issues/enquiries that require technical knowledge.

Investigating the technical issues raised by clients, performing analysis by looking into the logs, providing proper recommendations to handle the issue and producing the report of the issue.

Classifying the urgency of the issues, and escalating to the teams that require to be involved.

Contributing to educating or supporting client services teams, to improve the response to client, documenting the work-around of known technical issues. Defining the framework of the documentation process for product changes. Bringing the client voice to the internal, collecting the context information of the issue, recording that info in Jira, and raising it to the Dev Team for further analysis, or bug fix.

About you:

Proven experience in working as a Technical Support Engineer. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients. Proficiency in using communication platforms such as JIRA, Zendesk, and Telegram. Strong documentation skills for maintaining detailed records of troubleshooting processes and solutions. Development capabilities with a minimum proficiency in one of the programming languages (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Ability to guide clients in implementing trading programs with the company's API. Proficiency in using monitoring and troubleshooting tools, including but not limited to: Linux Shell Script, SQL, ELK (Kibana), Grafana. Fluent English.

（ 5 ）QA Engineer

What you’ll be working on:

Maintaining and improving the testing process to ensure the quality of the production system. Gathering and analysing testing requirements, planning the testing process, and producing concrete testing plans and test cases. Assisting with the API testing. Being actively involved in requirements review, test case design, quality assurance, function launching, and issue tracking.

About you:

Background in finance/financial trading systems, such as FIX protocol, ordering process, derivatives trading, etc. will be a plus. Experienced in testing Mobile apps and Web development is a plus. Proficient in QA methodology with the ability to execute test cases and review results, reporting and documenting technical issues. Capable to review and analyze system specifications. Familiar with project management tools like Jira and Testlink. Familiar with MySQL database. Familiar with API testing and network traffic analysis tools or IP Tools. Experience in automation testing using Python and JavaScript. Enjoy breaking things and solving problems - not just being able to find out the ‘what’, but also the ‘why’. Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills with the ability to set project expectations and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and strong organisational skills.
