PostgreSQL 启动失败，报错和下面类似

根据网上查询的到信息，“重设 wal”即可解决”，但这样操作可能会丢失数据，想知道如何判断大概会丢失哪些数据，因为是生产环境，需要评估一下，垦求各位发表自己的看法 ，不胜感激。
