广东联通和广东电信宽带互通已被限速

广东联通到广东电信上传限速已经是进入作死阶段了，黑猫有投诉，但案例暂时不是很多。

用签约上行速率为 150Mbps 的联通商务极光测试如下（ IPv4 和 IPv6 均为动态公网，此宽带从未跑过 PCDN ，上传与下载流量的比值大约为 0.8:1 ，用联通自助测速平台测试均能测到满速，以下结果均为大约数值）： IPv4 上传到电信家宽：10Mbps ； IPv6 上传到电信家宽：1Mbps ； IPv4 上传到电信 4G/5G：2Mbps ； IPv6 上传到电信 4G/5G：1Mbps ；上午 10 时-晚上 7 时与电信家宽互 ping：35ms ；晚上 7 时后-0 时与电信家宽互 ping：50-60ms ；

但是用电信家宽 ping 一些联通数据中心的 IP 段延时是个位数的，电信上传给联通也能跑满上行签约速率。广东联通是把用户的所有上传行为都判定为 PCDN 了吗？

投诉啊，一起投诉到省通信管理局、工信部，这事就广东有，都一个月了，太离谱了。广东运营商赚钱最多，但是用着最差的服务，钱都去哪了？一天延迟可以炸 12 小时以上，比国际网络都要糟糕

是有问题，我这里也是省内电信 30 多 ms ，到附近的省外电信也才 10 几 ms ，ipv4 确实稳定 15mbps 这样，实在难绷

广东联通这一年以来真的各种骚操作，收公网、没公网改 nat4 ，现在开个商务极光为的就是公网和大上行，还有骚操作，实在佩服

而且说实话，你的是 150 的上行，可能没多大感觉，我 300 上行，很明显感觉原本的上行也是很难跑满的，别说省外，省内单线程跨运营商能过百都算快了，我跑满 300 必须要多线程，实在拉跨

@wayne630 按理说 3 40 也是不合理的，国内带宽单线程跑不满上行都是有问题，我这电信单线程 100m 都是全国跑满的，联通我着实想不明白在搞什么飞机

这边建议你换个固件，我用 sbwml 大佬的 openwrt ，遇到过 ipv6 限速 1Mbps 的问题。

@yyysuo 我那个 R4S 也是有类似情况，用了 6.1 内核的固件。ipv6 上行会锁死 4Mbps 。最奇怪是，拿 iperf3 单线程打流，还有 udp 通信速度就正常。现在我是滚回 5.x 内核使用了。

@wayne630 在贴吧发帖还会被骂，广东联通真的养了一群狗，难怪那么烂都还能赚散户的钱，在贴吧只要敢提相关的问题，评论底下一群都说这人就是跑 pcdn 的，说不得一点联通的不好，广东联通的用户是不是都不需要 p2p ，都不需要正常上网的。估计这些用户只要光猫能亮就行

如果联通这么限速，同时不限制上传下载量，不随意封禁，我觉得还是可以接受的，不然跑 PT 总得提心吊胆会不会上传量过大被封禁。

联通和电信都是 1000M 下行 / 50M 上行的宽度。两边通过 tailsclae 打洞,公网 IPv6 direct 直连。

我用深圳联通给我电信做出境中转，大多时候都能跑满宽度，但是偶发联通上行比较低。但是刚刚测试了下，发现应该还是正常。

终于有人说这个问题了！
写了一个脚本去检查 Ping time. 发现一个规律，就是从早上 10 点多到凌晨 12 点多，联通 Ping 电信的延迟是 30-60ms. 其他时间都是 9-12ms 左右。延迟高，当然也伴随速度下降。。
联通为什么突然那么恶心，维持这个状态已经至少有半个月时间。如果长期都是这样，以后还是不用联通了！

@Kaiyuan 现在是联通和电信互联的质量比国际还差得多，当然，如果您手机是联通，宽带也是联通就没有什么感觉的，但如果手机或其他有线网络环境是电信，利用联通中转出国的话，那么现在也一样卡得要死。

我这边还是北方十省市的联通，能明显感觉到高峰期联通内网访问都不是很顺畅，打开网页看视频有时都很费劲。平常也是偶尔卡一下的现象且永远也不会消失，登录光猫看了一下协议在 gpon 跑千兆宽带。

@singing 5 月份的时候我发现用这条联通宽带上传文件到天翼云盘就只有几十 K 一秒甚至断流，我当时还以为是天翼云盘问题，还投诉了电信，后来发现用电信上传啥事都没有，那个时候已经觉得联通是有问题的了，但认知仅限于“联通可能是为了让用户使用自家的沃云盘而限制用户使用竞争对手的云盘”。那个时候与我另外两个办公场所的电信宽带互通仍然是畅通无阻的，所以没在意。直到最近在用电信宽带的场所远程看装联通宽带场所的视频监控会卡顿，逐步排查才发现联通限速到这个丧心病狂的地步。

@wwc625 有用的，我其实发这贴就是确认我不是个例，之后就去投诉的了，哪知道今天确实恢复正常了，至今 14:40 测速仍能跑满上行。因为我的用途确实就是办公，从没跑过 PCDN ，欢迎来现场对我的设备随便拍照，理据在我这。

@wayne630 因为我看我的 ip 凌晨 3 点重新拨号了一次，你看看你的拨号日志，绝对不是满一周自动拨号的，我周二才手动拨号过，今天凌晨 3 点多又重拨了，不知道是不是有维护

“2024 年年中开始出现的一大批所谓低价香港直连优化线路，实质上是在 HKIX/Equinix ，通过强制指定路由下一跳至联通 CUG 的端口实现的，推测机制为与此前偷 CMI 的方法类似，只要你买了一点点带宽成为联通 10099 的客户，便可以通过这个方式绕过 CUG 在 IX 端口的限速和 QoS （甚至如果只需要回国带宽的话，你可能根本都不需要买就可以直接偷）。目前而言 CUG 在 HKIX 和 EIE 总计端口容量为 230G 左右，除其中一条 HKIX 的 100G 端口有限速问题以外，另一条 HKIX 100G 端口和 EIE 的 30G 端口均可以用来传输流量至国内三网，并且无限速，支持 IPv6 。几乎 0 成本白嫖的 130G 回国三网直连带宽 vs 正价$35-$50/Mbps 的付费互联，除了财大气粗的土豪，傻子都知道会怎么选（笑死）。只要联通学 CMI 一样修复这个问题+定期检查偷跑的就会拉闸，可惜现在的联通根本就是摆烂，所以这个问题指望联通会修几乎不现实，除非联通香港-广州 C-I 段大爆炸容量不够了影响重要客户了才有可能，毕竟是连广东省内跨电信移动的容量都能超售导致高峰期国内跨网延迟都能起飞的运营商，太搞笑了。所以在此之前应该还会有不少商家会参与到白嫖行动中，至于这波低价直连到底能持续多久，真不好说。”来自 https://blog.sunflyer.cn/archives/594 ，联通摆烂

我刚刚又验证了下，上一条我这个个位数的带宽，应该是走的 tailsclae ipv6 ，看走的是 udp 协议。

我又重新用 ss 直连（ tcp ），亲测还是可以跑满 50Mbps 的带宽（联通上行到我电信跑满），这个限速应该还是 UDP QOS 的缘故。

@foru17 不是呀，我用 OpenVPN 组网的，我也试过临时开个 http 测速网页，测试出来的连接速度也是一样的，以上都均是 TCP 连接呀。
