去年年中 PDD 买的卡，到手后使用本人中行信用卡充值 10 磅开卡成功，也拿到了 5 磅的开卡奖励。自开卡后除注册账户接收短信（不超过 10 条）就再未使用过。几日前收到 giffgaff 邮件提醒，要求于 1 月 28 日前账户余额发生变化，这才发现卡片已经无法进行包括收发短信在内的一切操作了。问过客服，被告知违反了 3.5.j 条款导致被永封，该条款内容如下:
j) Ensure the information you have provided to us in Participation or otherwise is accurate and up-to-date
我的信用卡账单地址是瞎填的，giffgaff 真的会核实吗。。。

要是信用卡的问题早封了。最大的问题估计就是你一直没插卡。gg 检测不到你使用，自然封了。

刚官网查了一下卡片状态正常，试了下还是可以收短信的，但发不了短信 |

嗯，我还没开，看别人说不要乱写英国地址，会验证的，如实写地址就可以。不知道是不是又被滥用了。

xiaofami OP @nanlan1995 不知道。卡是 7 月 3 号激活的，就当月用过几次，不知道什么时候被封的，连个邮件通知都没有。app 里也看不到封禁提示，不过已经不能进行充值等操作了。你要是能正常充值就说明卡片状态没问题

@y051313 #17 这种东西可能各个地方邮政公司的政策不一样。我跟你相反，我为了防止丢件申请了五、六次，结果每个邮件都到了我家邮箱里……无论我是用汉语拼音地址还是英文地址。
有个点很重要，你一定要填写正确的、详细的邮政编码，不然大概率会丢件。 |
