[ 1 、QA Engineer ]

What you’ll be working on:

Maintaining and improving the testing process to ensure the quality of the production system.

Gathering and analysing testing requirements, planning the testing process, and producing concrete testing plans and test cases.

Assisting with the API testing.

Being actively involved in requirements review, test case design, quality assurance, function launching, and issue tracking.

About you:

Background in finance/financial trading systems, such as FIX protocol, ordering process, derivatives trading, etc. will be a plus.

Experienced in testing Mobile apps and Web development is a plus.

Proficient in QA methodology with the ability to execute test cases and review results, reporting and documenting technical issues.

Capable to review and analyze system specifications.

Familiar with project management tools like Jira and Testlink.

Familiar with MySQL database.

Familiar with API testing and network traffic analysis tools or IP Tools.

Experience in automation testing using Python and JavaScript.

Enjoy breaking things and solving problems - not just being able to find out the ‘what’, but also the ‘why’.

Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills with the ability to set project expectations and meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.

Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and strong organisational skills.

[ 2 、Senior Backend Engineer (Java)]

What you’ll be working on:

Developing the core functions of the trading platform and building the technology infrastructure that supports digital asset trading on the Internet;

Implementing RestFul and WebSocket API interfaces to support customers in receiving market data and executing orders;

Establishing a robust, efficient, and concurrent trading system to ensure 7x24 hours of uninterrupted operation;

Actively conducting efficient communication with the product team and business development team to collect requirements and participate in product planning and system design;

Proposing practical and feasible solutions and producing technical documents independently.

Our tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Gradle, Kubernetes, etc.

About you:

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field;

At least 5+ years of proven hands-on experience with JVM language (preferably Java); Solid experience with any relational database;

Solid experience with messaging systems (e.g. RocketMq, Kafka);

Hands-on experience in building service-oriented applications;

Experience with Kubernetes and Linux;

Good to have experience with performance tuning and GitLab;

Good to have experience in developing fintech/trading-related web applications; Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

[ 3 、Flutter Mobile Engineer ]

What you’ll be working on:

Implementation of product roadmap for iOS and Android application.

Build, deploy and test applications and release them to the Google Play Store.

Maintaining existing application for possible fixes & performance improvements.

Coordinating with the Cloud/Mobile/Embedded/Design teams in solving problems, creating ideas, and improving UX.

Writing readable & reusable code while fulfilling expected documentation standards & coverage.

Developing a "bullet-proof Software Development Kit" with the rest of the team for the different platforms.

About you:

More than 1 year of Flutter development experience.

Proficient in using various components of Flutter, such as: basic components, layout components, container components, scrollable components, functional components.

Proficient in using Flutter's state management, global state management, and routing management.

Familiar with Flutter's gestures, animations, WebSockets, internationalization.

Familiar with Flutter's CustomPaint and Canvas.

Familiar with Flutter's package management, as well as the App Store and Play Store publishing process.

Solid understanding of Dart language.

Have own understanding of page rendering performance optimization under high frequency data refresh.

Experience with complete Flutter projects is preferred.

[ 4 、Big Data DevOps Engineer]

What you’ll be working on:

Managing, deploying, maintaining, and optimizing big data storage and processing components like Hadoop, Elasticsearch, HBase, Kafka, Hive, and more.

Ensuring the stability and availability of real-time and batch data services, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Supporting various business teams with technical solutions and contributing to the technical evaluation process.

Developing automated processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Designing and maintaining scalable architectures for storage platforms, continuously optimizing for performance and user experience.

About you:

Must-haves:

Hands-on experience with big data ecosystems, such as Hadoop, Elasticsearch, HBase, Hive, Kafka, Zookeeper, or Yarn.

Proficiency in Linux, including scripting skills for daily operations and experience with tools like Ansible, Puppet, or SaltStack.

Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Golang, Python, or Java). Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud.

Nice to have:

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Knowledge of containerization tools like Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.

Familiarity with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.

Knowledge of monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana, or logging systems like ELK or Loki.

Understanding of caching tools (e.g., Redis) and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL or MongoDB).

Experience with security or blockchain/crypto-related technologies is a plus. Other qualities we value:

[ 5 、Senior Technical Support Engineer]

What you’ll be working on:

Providing timely and accurate feedback to customers (toB and toC) or client service team on the issues/enquiries that require technical knowledge.

Investigating the technical issues raised by clients, performing analysis by looking into the logs, providing proper recommendations to handle the issue and producing the report of the issue.

Classifying the urgency of the issues, and escalating to the teams that require to be involved.

Contributing to educating or supporting client services teams, to improve the response to client, documenting the work-around of known technical issues. Defining the framework of the documentation process for product changes.

Bringing the client voice to the internal, collecting the context information of the issue, recording that info in Jira, and raising it to the Dev Team for further analysis, or bug fix.

About you:

Proven experience in working as a Technical Support Engineer.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.

Proficiency in using communication platforms such as JIRA, Zendesk, and Telegram.

Strong documentation skills for maintaining detailed records of troubleshooting processes and solutions.

Development capabilities with a minimum proficiency in one of the programming languages (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).

Ability to guide clients in implementing trading programs with the company's API.

Proficiency in using monitoring and troubleshooting tools, including but not limited to: Linux Shell Script, SQL, ELK (Kibana), Grafana.

Fluent English.

[ 6 、Senior Product Manager]

What you’ll be working on:

Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for exchange platform features, such as KYC processes, fiat integrations, and CRM tools, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

Collaborating with engineering, design, compliance, and operational teams to define and implement product requirements that balance user needs with business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Driving user research and market analysis to identify pain points and opportunities in areas like registration, deposits, withdrawals, and administrative workflows, delivering innovative solutions that improve the overall user experience.

Creating and managing a clear product roadmap for platform-wide features and internal tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

Optimizing and scaling operational workflows through robust internal tools to improve efficiency for support and admin teams.

Analyzing product performance using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for iteration and enhancements.

Staying updated on regulatory and industry trends to ensure all solutions remain compliant and competitive in the evolving cryptocurrency and exchange landscape.

Promoting collaboration, clear communication, and agile execution across teams to ensure timely delivery of impactful product solutions.

About you:

6+ years of product management experience with a focus on crypto exchange platforms. Proven experience in developing and launching core platform features, especially those related to KYC, fiat integrations, CRM, or back-office systems.

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain technology, and the regulatory landscape in the crypto space.

Familiarity with user onboarding flows and operational workflows, with a keen eye for process optimization and user experience improvements.

Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments and managing cross-functional teams effectively.

Data-driven approach to product development, with a strong ability to use metrics and analytics tools to inform decisions.

Proficiency in product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (C1+).
