上海联通宽带 TCP 入站不通

发现个奇怪现象，tcp 入站不通，但是 udp 入站又是通的。已经排除了本地防火墙问题，同样设置，更换电信宽带，入站是好的。

我上海联通双栈公网上传 200M ，搭建了十几个服务，目前一切正常
