技术大佬帮忙看看， H3C S3600 启动为什么跳过了配置文件

开机提示 startup configuration is skipped,查询提示 Current Startup saved-configuration file: NULL ，百思不得其解，问了 AI 也没有结果。输入 startup saved-configuration startup.cfg 重启依然如故。。。。
