帮朋友（Team Lead）急招。职位隶属于SAP全球支持集团。待遇可谈，月薪五位数起，面向希望朝项目管理方向发展的应届/年轻小伙伴。要求base在深圳，有一定的抗压能力。职位可能需要一定的出差。SAP的出差标准一般为万豪，不差于四季或SPG。接受没有SAP知识的新人，只要你做事靠谱。
在这个职位上你会负责项目管理的从基础到整体的计划与控制，所涉及的项目本身一般为2000+用户的大型SAP企业软件实施项目。SAP本身也是项目管理领域的领导企业。这个职位比起开发测试技术，会更重视商业知识、对项目管理能力与对SAP领域知识的快速适应掌握能力。你面对的一般是大中华区的本土客户，亦有接触国际客户的机会。核心项目，所处层级高，非CoE。
The objective of this position is to support the implementation of SAP projects at customer sites by delivering the following tasks.
You are responsible for:
- Assisting the project manager in planning the resources for the project
- Assist the project manager to collect the information needed and prepare the daily and weekly project progress report
- Assist the project manager to track the progress of open action items
- Prepare project related documentation for the team
- Assist in project related logistics
- Project related IT support
- Translating, proofreading, documenting project-related materials from Chinese to English or vice versa, which might include but not limit to emails, presentations, blueprints, status update reports, announcements, etc.
- Attending customer meetings and/or workshops and taking meeting minutes, distributing them to action plan owners as required
- Communicating relevant project information between customer site and back office in a timely and accurate manner
- Using Solution Manager to monitor and update project plans, issues, progress, requirement changes, etc.
- Other ad-hoc tasks required by project team

- Positive and outgoing personality
- A can-do mind set
- Strong attention to detail without losing the broader picture
- Ability to multi-task, deal with fast-changing priorities and meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision
- Maintain a professional decorum at all time
- Able to get on with people from a diverse set of cultural backgrounds
- Willing to work over-time and on weekends when project timelines are tight and travel on short notice
Hard Skills
- Strong linguistic (Chinese Mandarin and English) and translation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Familiarity with financial and IT terminology is preferred
- Exposure to CAT toolkit is preferred
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, accounting or economics
- Business Operation Background in MNC is preferred

如果你真正想要的是开发/测试职位，可从我这里获取我厂相关职位的列表，友情提供内推 但恕我直言，这个职位本身并不青睐深度CS资历，而更偏好商业思维与项目管理能力，在发CV前希望能描述你的相关经验 该职位内部汇报层级很高，前景明朗。就PM的职业路线来说个人认为这职位还是挺新人友好的，但不支持以Dev/QA职位的待遇要求Match，因为发展路线不同 |
