Hi there
Our Platform Engineers have been attempting to recover your droplet's data due to a filesystem issue impacting the hypervisor your droplet is on. We have retained your Droplet's IP and Droplet ID for your use in the future.
While our hypervisors are all fully redundant with RAID arrays, we do not backup customer data (unless the user has opted for automated backups on their droplet ), for several reasons. One of the main factors being data privacy. For this reason, it's fully expected that each customer will maintain and manage their own backup solutions.
If you had a backup or snapshot you will be able to choose one of the following options:
Droplet Restore: This feature will allow you to retain your droplet password or SSH key credentials based on your latest image. Please visit the following link, select your snapshot and click Restore: https://cloud.digitalocean.com/droplets/1853663#actions-snapshots
Droplet Rebuild From Image: This feature will allow you to re-establish your droplet credentials. Please visit the following link, click on the Rebuild From Image button on the Cloud Control Panel then select your image: https://cloud.digitalocean.com/droplets/1853663#actions-destroy
If you did not have a backup or snapshot, we are sorry to let you know that we are not able to recover your data. Your droplet ’ s IP and ID have been retained and you will be able to use the rebuild function to rebuild your droplet from the base image.
We strive to meet expectations and I'm very sorry that we didn't in this case. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience and understand that this is a very difficult situation to be in.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!
Best,
Jason C

我现在都是每夜备份,写个脚本定时运行,上传异地。
