Hello,
Thank you for contacting AWS Billing and Accounts support and I'm sorry; we're currently only able to correspond in English.
Following on from our conversation, please accept my apologies for the charges for EC2 usage that you're seeing on your account. I've had a look at your account and I can confirm that it is currently eligibly for the Free Tier, however we are currently experiencing a problem where customers on the Free Tier are seeing charges accruing for their EC2 usage. Our engineers are currently working on fixing this problem and I can assure you that your payment card will not be charged as I've added a credit to cover the charges in the amount of $32.90. This credit will automatically be deducted from your next bill so you won't have to pay the charge. This credit can be viewed here:
https://console.aws.amazon.com/billing/home#/credits.
From our conversation, I also undestand that you'd like to close your account. Our security policy prevents us from closing your account on your behalf, but you can close your AWS account yourself by clicking the link below, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking on the Close Account checkbox and button.

Once you close your Amazon Web Services account, you will no longer be able to access the AWS Management Console, any resources on your account will be terminated, and any Access Keys you have will be deactivated.
You will not lose access to the Billing and Cost Management Console, so you'll still be able to view information about your account's past billing and activity. Note that if you have been using any opt-in services this month, you may still receive a charge.
This will have no effect on any
Amazon.com accounts that share the same email address as this AWS account.
If you would ever like to reinstate this account in the future, feel free to contact us in Support Center and request your account be reinstated. We'll be happy to assist you:

I note that you've also created case 1787369191 for this same issue and I will therefore be resolving that case as a duplicate.
I hope that helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Justin C
