pip3 更新源出问题啦(ಥ_ಥ)

pip3 安装 packages 的速度好慢啊，怎么办？加入了那些代码

用 ustc 的 pypi 源的时候可以使用 https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/

pypi.python.org 可以访问。。但 e.是错的
