visual studio 2017 更新之后 Python 模块消失？

更新完之后 tools 里面没有 python 工具，进入 installer 里面也没有 python 相关选项，是彻底拿掉了？？？还是我出 bug 了？有点坑啊

我查到 release note 发现确实被移除了： Removed the Data Science and Python Development workloads as some of the components weren ’ t meeting the release requirements, such as translation to non-English languages. They will be available soon as separate downloads. F# is still available in the .NET Desktop and .NET Web development workloads. Upgrading to current version will remove any previously installed Python and Data Science workloads/components. |

微软 TMD 有病
VS2015 开始，默认不安装 C 、 C++编译器和 windows 开发库。白瞎了轮子哥一众人在知乎安利用 VS 学 C 、 C++ 你说这是微软最近要跟随时代发展拥抱开源吧，却又不支持 UTF-8 without BOM 这个开源界的默认编码格式。 |

@lalalakakaka 编译器拆分是避免别人骂微软搞捆绑，利用不正当手段挤压 GCC 的生存空间。
