电信的 DNS 又双叒叕不能正常解析了

4 天前开始，出现 DNS 被抢答的情况，这几天或轻或重，一直存在着。
如果挂全局代理，除了受地域限制的（比如在线看视频）不能访问外，所有访问是正常的。
