被美亚 close 账号了还有找回的可能吗？

发了很多次邮件和需要提供的信息。每次都是同样的回复。我刚刚回复了请不要每次都给我回复相同的信息，然后账号就封了。。。

你发的邮件感觉很歇斯底里。。。正常顾客是不会这么写的。看样了 giftcard 应该不是用你自己的卡买的。如果是别人那买的大概率是黑卡，你只能认栽了。amazon 要的是买 giftcard 的卡的信息。

实在不行的话，我都是到 BBB 上投诉的。

我只能说在美国没人这么写邮件。。“不是黑卡，卖我卡那个老哥人很好的”，老实说，你可以让他把买 giftcard 的收据发给你，card holder name 是他的真名？能确认他是用自己的卡买的 giftcard ？不能的话你只能默认是黑卡。你的卡是不是黑卡 amazon 不 care，有人用黑卡买 giftcard，这些 giftcard 是不能用的，谁用封谁。

对客服发脾气是最没有用的了，客服根本不怕你。

美亚尽量不要留账户余额，即便是 BBB 你也要提供证据证明，礼品卡原始购买凭据，而不是你从第三方买来的证据。

即便上小额法庭也是一样的情况，而且就算是庭外和解退款了，账号一般还是永封。

google 一下几个关键词‘chinese student’ ‘gift card scam’你能发现最近美国有很多 gift card 盗窃犯案的留学生被抓进去了。作为海外留学工作一路过来的人非常痛恨这些犯罪的抹黑华人群体的犯罪留学生。

正常情况下，如果只是信用卡的问题早就解了，一直这样可能是牵扯到一些别的判定，或者关联账户了，是不是还有别的隐情？
“就随便怼了一个记录在电脑浏览器的转运公司的地址过来”，信用卡账单的地址你是找了一个新的转运地址使用，而不是收货地址。那你原来的收货地址不是转运公司的是什么，私人地址？仓库？商业地址？买的是什么电子产品？

@Sweden 都是转运公司的，只是不同一个地址，应该是上次海淘，不知道是 eaby 还是哪里保存下来的记录，和这次的地址是不同。因为我理解成他寄实体账单给我的地址了。

没理解错的话，楼上卖你的那哥们儿刷单，他自己也承认了。如果跟那个有关系的话，亚麻刷单一抓到封得死死的，解封没戏，网上搜下案例一堆。如果没关系就是信用卡和账单地址本身的问题了，好好跟客服聊聊多半还是能解封的。

看样子好像不是因为刷单。刚刚仔细看了下亚马逊的回信，别人其实写的很清楚的，让你发有地址和信用卡后四位的银行账单过去，现在楼主是觉得哪里有问题呢？

我最近也被封号，不过流程不太一样：

1. 要求发信用卡账单，我发了交行电子版账单，不行，因为上面没有账单地址
2. 找交行邮寄了纸质版账单，扫描发给美亚
3. 美亚直接 close 了账号，说因为最近一单所用的礼品卡有问题（我的礼品卡是因为上次上 My Book 车被砍单了，美亚自己送的），要发邮件声明卡的合理性
4. 把上次砍单+送卡通知的邮件截图发过去了，又被要求提供信用卡账单
5. 再次发了账单，至今两周无回应

不知道还可以做什么……

@Antiadictator 你提交的资料有账单地址吗？美亚主要是在验证这个。交行的话，只有要求邮寄账单，账单上才会有地址。

但我不知道为啥我这边美亚是在信用卡账单地址和礼品卡之间反复横跳😂

@shallby2 信用卡的积分买 gift card 是很合理的用积分方式吧，我也用 amex 的 bonus points 买过一些 gift card，这个是信用卡本身的福利，跟卖方所谓的”国外的一些社区给的奖励“还是有区别的吧

1. 去找中亚客服询问能否转到有能力解决美亚问题的部门（是有的）
2. 打美亚客服电话询问是否可以转到支持中文的客服（听说有）

既然 amazon 点名了跟你要你的 02 结尾的 visa 卡，就证明和 gift card 是不是黑卡啥的无关了。你就按要求上传一份账单，上面带你的账单地址。
