Solved:

reboot to recovery mode
open Terminal
type csrutil disable
reboot to system
open Terminal

没加就是开发商的锅，不知道 lz 是作为用户还是开发商在问

参考 Audacity 的 workaround

open /Applications/Audacity.app/Contents/MacOS/Audacity

@clrss 试了可以用，但是麦克风权限是给 terminal 的，而直接打开应用还是不行的。（ League of Legends ）
