我做硬件出身,比较保守,没找到很好的盈利模式前,宁可小小地做,靠接定制项目磨合各方面,先维持住再谈发展。
快速迭代未必适合所有人,比如37Signals 的Getting Real 和 Rework都很有道理,但我照着做不一定就成功,因为人家的Rails框架确实牛,开源后用户爆炸式增长,他们不花一分钱做Marketing,也有很多人当小白鼠。付费比例再低,财源都滚滚而来,足以支持从不太好的产品到很好的产品这个进化过程。 换成我们,不精雕细琢直接推出去,一旦市场作为地摊玩具对待,付费用户太少,走得越快死得越快。VC也喜欢扎堆,不是所有团队都能在急需的时候忽悠到钱,挺磨人的。 不‘降级’,也可以控制风险,选好利基,赚点小钱肯定没问题。比起有些行业风险摆在台面,互联网看起来门槛低,太多人想一夜暴富了,其实也没啥不同,就是固定投资少些,进入退出都容易。 |

原来是电商,不过卖水果真的很好赚,利润高,起本低。
多数水果店是基本没装修的,经营的成本主要就在好位置的铺租了。 |
