ubuntu 20.04 系统安装到机械革命 X3-S 笔记本有时为何莫名的卡机

我笔记本是机械革命（ MECHREVO ） X3-S 英特尔酷睿 i7 8 核 17.3 英寸电竞游戏笔记本电脑(i7-10875H 16G 512G PCIE RTX2060)，安装系统是 ubuntu 20.04 。
有时候笔记本老是时不时的键盘就卡住，无法输入,但是鼠标是正常可以点击，打开浏览器之类。

以前我旧的笔记本是华硕 飞行堡垒 7 九代英特尔酷睿 i7 120Hz 高速屏游戏笔记本(i7-9750H 8G 512SSD GTX1650)。同样也是安装 ubuntu 20.04 。也会出现同样问题，键盘时不时卡住,鼠标是正常。

然后我在公司台式机也是安装 ubuntu 20.04 ，也会偶尔键盘卡住，要热拔查后，键盘才正常。



这是需要驱动问题，还是什么原因导致的，困惑我好几年了，一直找不到问题核心,以前以为电脑问题，换了新电脑还是这个问题
