docker 下使用 kali 无法 apt

用的官方的 docker 镜像：

kalilinux/kali-last-release

网站有提示： Please note, all the images below do not come with the “default” metapackage. You will need to apt update && apt -y install kali-linux-headless.

docker 的镜像不包括 metapackage 包，需要 apt 安装。

可是在这个镜像里面 apt 装不上任何软件

谷歌之后一直安装认证，但最后问题还是无法解决。
