同样的 typescript 项目，在 vscode 中有提示，在 webstorm 中却没有

比如使用 kysely 的查询，

const persons = await db
  .selectFrom('person')
  .select('id')
  .where('first_name', '=', 'Arnold')
  .execute()

输入了 select 后的两个引号后，再按下空格 vscode 就可以显示出所有在 d.ts 中定义的字段名，而 webstorm 却不会，webstorm 只有输入某个字母后才会有对应的提示，这是咋回事呢？
