Position : Product Manager Location : Japan salary：5000~8000 USDT

- 具有开发周期内对所有交付执行功能测试，包括新功能和回归测试经验
- 管理分配产品项目丰富经验
- 具备定义产品规划并与业务利益相关者合作经验
- 创建产品线框和用户界面，用于产品改进和新功能
- 与团队内外的内部资源协作
- 具备产品按时发布，满足内部和外部客户的需求经验
- 与管理层、高级管理人员和利益相关者就产品方向、战略和即将开展的项 目进行沟通
- 具备相关决策和问题向内部团队提供建议经验
- 具有创建和维护产品文档经验 10.具备产品战略转化为技术要求和原型经
任职要求：
- 超过 5 年的在线产品经理经验，监督专门的团队并管理产品优先级，路线 图和面向用户的功能交付（同一加密貨幣 web3 行业）
- 具备 产品 UX / UI 跟踪记录和愿景，数据和基准测试建立丰富经验
- 具备分析和技术技能，具有数字能力，以确保决策有充分依据经验
- 具备技术和业务敏锐度
- 具备优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧
- 具备丰富的网络和软件技术经验
- 具备解决问题能力
- 具备英文和中文 （口语和书面）能力
