可以，工作、留学、商务这些还是正常办理护照的，但是要求比以前高一些，看你在哪个地方了，像成都要求就比较严格，资料可能要求很多，什么上个公司的工作记录，下个公司 offer ，社保记录巴拉巴拉，资料交齐就可以
