用 Apple TV 4K 的 Plex 应用并且使用 experimental player 或者使用 Infuse 应用 5.8 版本及以上就可以直接播放了。否则不能直接串流的视频会先在服务器端进行转码再推流。如果没有支持 HEVC 解码的设备或者软件可以试试 distributed transcoding，把转码的过程转移到比较强劲的机器上。这样就是 NAS → NUC → TV，https://github.com/wnielson/Plex-Remote-Transcoder 不过不知道是不是还好用。自从 Plex 拥抱了 mpv 之后再也没有需要转码的问题了。

@yousabuk 把 sound input 换成 internal microphone 试试看。

看看 Active Codec 是啥（按住 ⌥ 点 menubar 里的蓝牙设备名称），音质差和 48Khz 没啥关系的，44.1 ≈ 48，一般品质的音乐不会有问题。音质差的原因估计是什么触发了蓝牙耳机的话筒输入，不仅 codec 转向 SBC 而且苹果会自动 duck 耳机非语音的音频。

用其他方式在 PATH 里放一个编译好的
