ProtonMail 不能使用怎么办？

有一个太久没登录使用的 protonmail 账号，登录提示 Account is no longer available due to inactivity

那我就准备重新注册一个相同名字的账号，结果又显示账号 Username already used

既不给我注册又跟我说已经不可用，这就很尴尬了

因为这个邮箱注册了 amazon 的一些服务，现在登录 amazon 需要发验证码到邮箱，结果就是我无法使用 amazon 了

所以这种情况，是不是等足够久的时候，protonmail 才会开放同名注册？
又或者会有什么客服联系处理一下这种情况呢？
