What you’ll do as a Senior Python Developer at Akuna:
Akuna is looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our Development Team to build and enhance our Risk, Compliance, and Middle Office systems. You will work with developers, operations, and traders to build robust distributed systems, both on existing systems and on new initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Implement enhancements for our risk, compliance and middle office systems, primarily using Python
- Grow, coach, and mentor junior members of the team, including interns
- Execute the full software development life cycle (requirements analysis, design, development, unit testing, execute and deployment, and post implementation support)
- Design and build microservices, scripts and user applications
- Work with stakeholders across the business to understand business problems and propose technical solutions
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience with Python or other similar OOP languages
- Some experience across frameworks and tools such as React, Kubernetes, Postgres
- Previous experience leading projects, or a strong desire to own end-to-end projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous experience managing production applications that work as part of complex ecosystems
- A high sense of collaboration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Desired skills, but not required:
- Experience managing others or a small team
- Work experience within the finance industry with a focus on risk

感谢大家投递的简历，数量有点多我在尽量看，有些常见问题我在这里统一回复下：
- 请仔细阅读 JD，之前收到的不符合职位要求的我都回复了，之后不再回复
- 需要英文简历，里面不需要有个人年龄，性别，照片等等
- 工作经历请写清楚用什么工具解决了什么具体问题，或者创造了什么有影响力的项目，纯粹的职位描述和堆积 buzzwords 没有意义，这种简历之后也不再回复
- 面试是全程英文，如果你的日常工作语言不是英语，那么下面有个大概的参考
- 还有其他职位我也可以帮忙内推，具体看这里（注意选择悉尼的职位），然后把感兴趣的 JD 链接和简历一起发邮件给我
另外，我们是高频量化交易公司，大家可以搜索了解一下，这个行业对候选人要求还是挺高的，给一个非常粗略的参考：
- 初级/校招：名校相关专业高 GPA 背景，最好有奖学金和竞赛成绩，部分职位只要博士
- 中级：有大厂核心部门两年以上的开发经验，或者小公司的 Tech Lead 级别，英语能满足日常工作交流（IELTS 6 - 7）
- 资深：有大厂核心部门主力开发及带团队经验，或者技术驱动型小公司的 Tech Lead 级别，沟通能力强，英语流利（IELTS 7 - 8）

azurefire OP @lplsz #8 呃，其实我不是非常清楚我们 HR 发拒信的时候会包含些什么细节，但是据我之前经验各种大厂也都是发点场面话不会说详细原因的吧？你面的是哪个职位然后走到哪一步了？如果是到了电面或者 onsite 那应该可以从面试官的实时反馈里面找到点东西。

@azurefire 谢谢楼主回复，根据我的经历，至少 Optiver 和 IMC 会给每一轮详细的 Feedback ，听起来是比较真实的面试官亲笔写的。
我是面 Graduate Software Engineer ，面了终面 Onsite ，说实话我感觉 System Design 面的不错，Stephen （好像是这个名字）说我基本答到了所有要素，Algo 应该 Average 。被拒了没有 Feedback 说实话感觉还是有点意外。 不过过去也就过去了，话说 Akuna Sydney 这边华人多么？老哥觉得 Trading 和普通 Tech 的 SDE 差别大么，除了钱以外。 |

azurefire OP @lplsz #23 谢谢你的反馈，请问你是单独的 onsite 还是 super day ？反正我面试过的人在反馈里面都会把 pros / cons 写的很清楚，可能得跟 HR 确认一下具体的细节。如果你方便私我一下个人信息我可以帮你找找有没有反馈。
Akuna Sydney 这边华人不少的，主要集中在 Dev 和 Quant 部门。 Trading 和普通 Tech SDE 的区别肯定是有的，但多大得看具体部门，共通点包括但不限于：几乎所有软件都是面向内部，对性能的要求相对较高，对业务的理解需要一些 trading 的专业知识等等。 |

-------------------------------------------------------------------- 除了前端外，还会 go 和 nodejs 。6 年工作经验，但是应该达不到你们 Lead 级别的，毕竟英语不是我的母语。期待有要求低一点的前端岗位放出。 |

6 年 java 经验，1 年 python 经验，用 typescript 和 react 做前端开发, 另外也做过互联网金融风控引擎方面的工作。英语口语还可以，能投你们的职位吗?
